1.1. Course bookings must be made through our website by clicking the “Enroll Now” button.
1.2. A booking is only confirmed once O.C. Brent International Ltd has issued a formal acknowledgment.
1.3. Clients are encouraged to book at least four weeks before the course start date to secure availability.
1.4. O.C. Brent reserves the right to decline bookings if the maximum participant capacity is reached.
1.5. By booking, clients agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions.

1.6. O.C. Brent may decide to deliver the relevant materials for a training session in a restricted digital form only.

2.1. Upon confirmation of booking, an invoice will be issued by email to the client.
2.2. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. For bookings made less than two weeks before the course start date, full payment is required immediately.
2.4. Payments must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. All course fees are charged in USD.
2.5. Course formats include:

• In-person (public courses): Fees may include tuition, training materials, refreshments, and venue costs.
   
• In-house (on client premises): Fees may include tuition, training materials, and facilitator travel costs (if applicable).
   
• Online (virtual learning): Fees may include tuition, digital materials, and platform access.

2.6. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension or cancellation of participation without notice.
 

3.1. O.C. Brent International Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as trainer unavailability or insufficient enrollment.
3.2. In the event of cancellation, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.
3.3. Where rescheduling occurs, O.C. Brent will provide as much notice as possible to minimize inconvenience.
3.4. O.C. Brent will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by clients (e.g., travel, accommodation).
3.5. Alternative delivery methods (e.g., online sessions) may be offered in place of cancellation where feasible.

4.1. All cancellations must be communicated in writing to eric.abaidoo@ocbrent.com.
4.2. Cancellations received more than 21 days before the course start date will receive a full refund less bank charges.
4.3. Cancellations between 14–21 days prior to the course will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4.4. Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date will be charged at 100% of the course fee.
4.5. Clients may nominate a replacement participant at no extra cost, provided written notice is given.

5.1. Refunds will be processed within 21 working days of approval.
5.2. Refunds are limited to course fees only; O.C. Brent accepts no liability for incidental expenses such as travel or accommodation.
5.3. In the case of partial attendance or non-attendance by the client, no refund will be granted.
5.4. Refunds will only be made to the account from which the original payment was received.
5.5. Refund policies are subject to applicable local laws and may be modified accordingly.

6.1. Certificates of attendance will be issued to participants who have completed the full duration of the training program.
6.2. Certificates are personalized and will bear the official seal of O.C. Brent International Ltd.
6.3. Digital copies of certificates can be requested by email to eric.abaidoo@ocbrent.com.
6.4. Replacement hard copies of certificates may be issued upon request for a nominal administrative fee.
6.5. O.C. Brent reserves the right to withhold certificates if course fees are unpaid.
